You contact the MP in your riding. All they can do is find out status of your file. Do you have a valid study permit? Did you provide school registration, tuition, timetable etc.? Also passport stamping can take up to 30 days so talk to school about last day you can start classes.Hi ! I’m manpreet .
I’m a student in Canada but due to some medical issues I’ve to come back to India . I applied my trv from India in 12 may . And on 22 may they said they will make a final decision but today is 11 August I haven’t received any response . My one semester has already passed and I failed in 2 subjects . I’ve raise 5-6 web forms but they aren’t responding positively. If I don’t go back in September then I won’t be able to get work permit . So can anybody help me please I’m really stucked in this situation I’ve to go before my 4 semester starts so if anybody knows how to contact mp from Canada please guide me I need everybody’s help .

Yes I’ve provided everything till now they didn’t asked me for any document requirements. My biometrics are valid for 10 years and my study permit is valid till Dec .

Mine trv approval has taken 90 days but still I didn’t get it approved is it common delay or uncommon as I applied from India .
Not uncommon. Has eligibility and background started/completed. You just have to keep calling to try and talk with someone. Usually first thing when the lines open is best. My college is chill if I’ll go 2-3 weeks before exams still they will pass me I’m just stressed about my trv . It’s been 90 days and it’s still in review and for passport stamping I’ll try to do it in express delivery it usually takes 15-20 days maximum. So I’m just waiting for my trv .
