So the same thing happened to my parents. They received PPR on the same day as the Final Decision.
There should be a PPR letter in the message area in the portal. Check my timeline in the signature.

Not true it is very unusual to receive PPR on the same day as final decision is posted online.

nothing yet as I mentioned it has been 3 days

It is normal for there to be a delay between when final decision is posted online and when you receive PPR. There is no exact timeline. It can vary by location. You received final decision which is what is important so all you need to is be patient for a bit longer and wait for PPR. Stamping can still take around another month in some locations.

I received an 2 emails today (1 each for mom and dad) and below is what is stated in each of those emails.
  • We submitted application using PR portal.
  • When I login with this email address which I used to submit application, I don't see any category option for "Confirmation of permanent residence".
  • In both emails I received today, there is no temporary username/password provided.
Is this expected ? Shall I expect another email with temporary username/password ?

"
Good news! We are ready to finalize your status as a permanent resident in Canada.

This email is to notify you that a new permanent residence confirmation case has been created under your IRCC Permanent Residence Portal account.

To complete the above you will be asked to:

  • Sign in with your existing details to the PR Portal;
  • Confirm that you are currently residing in Canada;
  • Provide your current mailing address in Canada so that we can mail you your permanent resident card;
  • Upload a photo in a digital format that will be used for your permanent resident card.
You have seven (7) days from the date of this email to confirm you’re in Canada, provide your mailing address in Canada and submit your PR card photo

Once you submit your information, it will be reviewed by IRCC.

  • An IRCC case worker will send you a message if further information is required; the message will come from an email address ending in @cic.gc.ca. To avoid missing our emails, check your junk or spam folder.
  • When your information is approved by IRCC, your PR card will be printed and mailed to you.
For additional information on using the PR Portal to confirm your status as a permanent resident and receive your PR card, consult our website.

Thank you,

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada"

hello,

I got PPR message in portal. When the applicant is in Canada, the document says I need to inform to IRCC webform if the applicant is in Canada. And the words are linked to "change or update your contact information in webform. I did it couple of months ago when the applicant arrived here. But I guess IRCC doesn't know if the applicant is already in Canada.
In this case, do I need to still update current address again? Or is there another way to inform it in webform?

Thanks,
