Passing US border with valid PR, but not meeting PR obligation 730 day

I want update my case. I entered Canada 1 week before my PR card expires time from YYZ airport(Toronto). I went from kiosk and everything was fine. Entered Canada with my family.

If you do not have health card, driver's license, active SIN number...etc. Get them before your PR card expires.

1. May this affect to my PR renewal process?

3. I assume you mean citizenship. Your son can get citizenship provided he meets the residency obligation for PR.

One caveat if the son and wife don’t plan on remaining in Canada and won’t be compliant with the residency requirements of that province they should not and can not apply for a health card.

Not true. You can apply for his citizen with yours. But he needs to be here with you.
How can he enter into Canada without a valid PR card nor meeting his RO? I don't think it's a realistic plan. Why can't he stay in Canada with you and meet RO?

How can he take the Oath with you if he continues to stay outside??

I don't think it's a good plan. But another option is for you to sponsor him after he renounce his PR and when he is ready to move.
But who knows how long that will take in a few years time.

You would have to prove that you are moving back to Canada to sponsor your child. If you have no intention of moving back to Canada then this is also not a good option. Your best option is for your child to live in Canada for 2 years.

He still needs to be in Canada to participate the ceremony virtually.
It's serious to lie about the location (pretend that he's inside while outside).

For real, if you want him to be a citizen and live in Canada, it's better to move him here and let him get used to life in Canada when he is still young.

For a teenager/young adult to leave his friends and school, it's very hard for him to adjust.
