FD also got July 28 date but says as still in progress.
COPR number and expiry date appeared in PR tracker.

Previous update was April 1 - Medical passed.

Just new photo. Once your portal is set up, you will declare your presence in Canada, confirm address and upload new photo. Simply follow instructions. Make a nice photo - this one will go on your PR card

Called IRCC - They confirmed that everything is done except security which is in progress right now.
Concerned now if we went to comprehensive screening and it will take longer.

I had nearly the same update - got an update around July 24th that they have received a payment from me. Around July 31st I was sent a letter to pay my biometrics fee. Which I am pretty confident I did. I paid it on the 1st. (Have applied through a rep) Now just waiting for further updates.
