After passing my eligibility, criminal, and security checks, my application on GCMS states Application Ready for Finalization. Hope this is good, as it's a message posted on my GCMS since last year in June, and there have been no updates since then.

I think you missed the 2024 bus, you will be in the front now and should hear good news by September, that’s my gut feel - Good Luck

No no, I meant to say that he missed the 2024 decision by a whisker, as he has cleared everything in June, had these be cleared little early, he could have got decision in 2024 itself

I read somewhere that there are 538 applications as of October 2024 which are waiting for final decision, of course more have been added after this date

Of 538 it is 100% sure that Dint’s file is one of them, and since very less decisions have happened in 2025 till date, I am optimist that he will get good news anytime now

One more thing, the decisions for the year do not happen all at once, they happen regularly over the full year, but it has been observed that only few decisions came in the first quarter of 2025, and the bulk of decisions will happen starting September,

I do agree with @Aleem123 comments above corresponding to your case.
As you said: Your Security, Medical, Criminality & Eligibility have been passed since June 2024. May I ask how many PAs ( Principle Application) are there in your team?
This is because if there is only one PA (you) after all the other things passed => these would make your Eligibility passed automatically on the other hand if you have a another co-founder are in process => your Eligibility would be "In process' until your co-founder are passed.

What’s the status of your GCMS, it’s taking quite long time to get, why don’t you open a web form or take help of the local MP to know the status

Yes you are right, if there are more than one essential members or principal applicants,
all principal applicants will receive individual updates in GCMS showing:
Eligibility: Passed
Criminality: Passed
Security: Passed
Medicals: Passed

Only when all are passed, the PR file is ready for final decision / COPR issuance.

Thanks, we are a team of 5 members; 4 received GCMS notes while we await the notes of the last confounder. The four members who received their GCMS notes have been ready for finalization since June 24. We all submitted in October 2022 and all received PAL in February 2024. Medical done twice for all team member
