What the electronic message says before transferring you to a real person?

Standard message “we are reviewing eligibility, we will contact you if we need more info, we are processing your background check” agent says eligibility is passed.
I can see what the automated message reading and what the agent says is differrent.
Oh nice, good to know, the last 3 times I call (2 weeks ago) didn't go through to an agent, but message says what it always says "checking your to elegebilit". (I ignore it, because all the time my call went through, the agent said all passed and they background checking. I'll try again...if anything changes I will post it here.
I got my AIP on July 23/2024
Nothing after that.
Yes I did in January and adress confirmation in June 2025.
Hello everyone, after 42 month of applying and 11 month since AIP, we received our first portal yesterday, i will implore everyone waiting for second stage to contact their MP and inform them maybe they can help. I hope they start landing everyone now.
In general EE/PR applications, MPs can't do anything beyond making an enquiry and that does nothing to speed up your application. I'm unsure if the suggestion has any merit.
Holly Jesus 31 months to get AIP and now 11 months after AIP no PR that's crazy 42 months I don't know what to say I'm at 26 months no AIP
