I'm not married and have no living parents. I currently have PR and will be eligible to apply for citizenship in October.

I want to sponsor my brother and his family. I do have a cousin who is a PR holder but the list does not mention cousin explicitly. Can I still apply for my brother and his family?

As long as parents and grandparents are no longer alive and you have no children, you may be eligible. Make sure you meet LICO for the number in the family as you are taking on sponsorship for them for years.

My maternal grandmother is alive but she is bedridden at 90+ years old and also does not want to come here.
