1. You need to meet income for 2024 so NOA or T4s for 2024. 2023 doesn’t count as it is income in the past year.
2. Your wife can co-sign to meet LICO. Sister’s income is not relevant. If she is PR or citizen and meets LICO on her own then she is eligible for parents’ supervisa.
- the last notice of assessment issued by the Canada Revenue Agency

- a letter from an accountant confirming the annual income, if self‑employed
