Parents Supervisa Timeline:-

Application date:- June 11
Biometrics request:- June 11
Biometrics submission:- June 13 (Father)

They did allow mother to do biometrics du to henna. Need to book another appointment.

Does it will delay mothers process? Or they will do together once mother’s biometrics submitted.

Applications can be processed separately as each person has different profiles, ties to return, travel history etc.

A 2nd webform it has only been a month! Just think how much faster applications could be processed if people didn’t so many resources on unnecessary webforms and were patient. Processing can take up to months and all you need to do is wait and respond if contacted.

I submitted the application on 11th June and Have not got any update .
I am using biometrics from the Visitor visa time.
I have not submitted the Medical, can I do it upfront now and upload it as a webform . Will it work

Yes, you can do it if you want.

I am planning to withdraw that application . as my parents have visitor visa and I intend to bring them here now. Rather than Waiting for that. Whats the process to withdraw the application.

When I mentioned the second web form, I meant one web form for my dad and one for my mother.

The application might have been processed even faster if they hadn’t sent a medical request in the first place, especially since I had already attached an upfront e-medical when I submitted the application.

When I received the medical request, a few things left me confused, such as:
  • Why did they send the medical request form?
  • Did they not receive the e-medical from the doctor's office?
  • Was there an issue with the medical? Do they actually want it redone?
Clear communication would really help in situations like this, leaving people in the dark only adds unnecessary stress. I wouldn’t have raised a web form if the request had just included one line like:

“If you’ve already completed your medical within the past year, please disregard this request.”

It’s always better to clarify things up front rather than waiting patiently, only to find out later that the medicals were actually required after all.

Bangladesh
Hi, just curious what city your parents are applying from? My in-laws in Dhaka have been saying there are issues with vfs and have to pay huge bribes to get appointments. Are you aware of the current situation? They have previously received super visas but need to reapply since their passports were renewed. Thanks.
