I am just bit in problem I graduated but my records are hold because of some due balance but my study permit is expiring soon within like 20 days so can i apply without transcript and LOC or is it really risky to apply without it any help would be appreciated thanks : )

Apply for what since posting under Express Entry. For PGWP, you need completion letter and official transcript. Pay the balance.

it's very risky to apply without this. Can you pay the balance off immediately so that the school will give you the transcript and completion letter?

How do you plan to demonstrate that you have completed your studies without these documents?
