However, when I mentioned this to a friend of mine in Canada, he warned me that it might be a scam since there's no LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessment) involved.

It's a scam. Web site is clearly fake.

same...nasgsearch ako sa google map din..un address na linagay sa j.o.iba un nag aapear na company which is Hans Steel hindi Hamsteel...nagtataka ako pareho address...ewan ko ln kung under management nila un Hans Steel pero mukhang malabo...opportunity na sana kaya lang wala kasiguraduhan...

Pero 50/50 prin q kc sbi q bka fake account din ung mga nsagot skin, lht nsgot pnmn ung 2 person hlos sbay q ka chat then same ng oras lhat ng ngreply skin n 5 person mga gntong mdling araw nsgot.

Yan, oo true, puro nasa Canada sabhn na nating my sense kc kunyari napaalis nya, pero the way n nasagot ang mga friends n chinat q, mga masyadong formal magsagot n in the way malalalim ang mga salitang tagalog masyado halos same silang mga nagrereply sakin gumagamit ng malalalim at formal na salita. Kaya parang scripted. Hahaha

Then ilan niyang friend na halos same or magkakalapit ang date ng post, tapos ung mga sinundan na post anglalayo na halos last yr. Pa ung ibng post...
