COPR Showing in PR Tracker But No Portal Email – AOR Dec 17 (CEC Inland)

Already link is given in the thread, please go ahead and try that. It may take 2/3 week and IRCC will either issue Portal1 or higher chances of issuing Portal2. If it is been more than 2 months then there are chances after portal2 IRCC may generate cCOPR pretty soon! All the best.
Did you get any response from MPs office ? In my case I am the accompanying spouse (inland) my wife (primary applicant) has already received ecopr on May 30 and her pr card is mailed. But I haven’t received ecopr yet. Not idea what can be done. Waiting since May
MPs can't do anything to speed the process in this case. They do an inquiry on your behalf and are told the same thing they'll tell you over a call.
MP can only help you for TR (Temporary residence) application and they don't have any influence over IRCC for PR application. Connecting with them is nothing but getting status from IRCC. If you raise notes then you can see MP contacted on your behalf and what IRCC update them will be shared to you nothing else. Don't waste your time.
They usually can't impact TR either. IRCC will not bend to a MP's wishes and there's nothing they can do before a "reasonable delay" is accepted. They just do status checks at best.

I have applied for PR CEC inland through express entry, l have check my application on tracker application it show completed on July 14 2025 everywhere but on my common law side medical, biometry and background check are completed (on july 14 2025) but the eligibility still showing ''not started'' as today. but when l check the IRCC portal the background check is still showing in progress as today and the final decision and eligibility changed to in progress on July 14 2025,
Is anyone knows when they will start my common law eligibility process

Eligibility of common-law or dependents never go to complete. As long as yours is completed, theirs is completed is as well. GCKey shouldn't be used for background check or eligibility status as it is a legacy product that's not updated till you get FD or CoPR or are actually landed.
Some get it within 2 weeks, some take months. Really hard to say as IRCC has never disclosed this and forum data is too anecdotal to make any assumptions.
