My client’s tracker account says Last update: July 13. However, the portal has no update. I applied for him on May 13, 2025. Biometrics request: May 20. Provided; May 24, 2025. In biometrics it says, completed May 31, 2025. In the tracker last updated July 13, 2025. What do you all think?

If you are a consultant then why are you asking a group of volunteers? Client is paying you.
I am a volunteer like you guys. I am not member of IRCC. I just applied for someone. Just getting your opinions on the situation based on the similar situation of you guys. There are people in the forum who can advise based on their situation and the current scenario. Thanks

Has any status (example Biometrics) updated in tracker? It could be that update. I noticed that information in tracker is updated quite late.
Keep an eye on individual entries in portal. In our case, portal was updated first till passport request.
I applied on June 4th too. Biometrics on June 6th. No update till now. Raised webform. They only give a generic reply saying we will forward it to the concerned office. Not very useful.
Yes. Background check is done based on the fingerprints too. They run the fingerprints through some databases so in some cases it gets done the same day. In some cases they never update the background check status.
I am in the same situation. One rejection in 2023. Applied again on June 4th this yr. Was able to login to the tracker yesterday. I've sent another webform

Had you submitted a web form earlier as well? What information had you provided in webform?
I wasn’t able to create tracker account before on July 10th I was able to create it. The phone number on tracker was wrong so I sent them another webform about that.
So you sent a webform and they told you that they got the information. Standard response and the always say "as soon as possible".
