No, MP can’t do anything. I have contacted nearly 17 times. My application crossed 28 months. During application submission the processing time was 10 months. I don’t have any Military background or much travel history. Just stuck in Winnipeg office for security screening from April 2024.

I completed a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering in Canada. Maybe this is the reason.

Yes it is. The beyond investigation will be handled by CBSA&CSIS considering the concerns IRCC mentioned which I have seen always A34. So you will get 99% your PR but waiting for a long time

Ok guys, I received a request for doing the medical exam again last week as my previous one had expired two months ago. After two days I received a request for submitting some of the additional documents I submitted last year. After uploading the documents I received the receipt notice emails after about two hours and after some more hours I had an update on my profile stating medical exam passed. Let's wait and see how it will unfold. for the full timeline check my "about" section.

Im in Ss since august 2024 and i Never recived any ghost update, but last June I wrote to IRCC using a webform, forcing them to give me a final decision. A week later, I received a ghost update, and three week before yesterday, I received another ghost update.A little information: I and my wife are on SS because of visa refusals in the USA., what does meanen the 2 ghost update please

I checked my PR tracker around 1 pm today, and there was nothing. After 2 hours, I just checked randomly, it's showing the updated date for today, July 11, and under Application History, the new message shows June 19," We received your enquiry". I remembered that on June 19, I phoned IRCC, but the tracker should update the following day, June 20. I phoned IRCC more than 30 times, and I noticed my tracker was updated the following day or after a few days, but not like today, after 22 days. Has this happened to anyone?
