Can we apply tourist visa for parents using our own cic account?

I tried using my own cic account to apply tourist visa for parents, but the questionnaire is asking the applicant's details, but it isnt me.

So should i open a new cic account for my parents to apply for tourist visa?

I have. I applied on behalf of my senior parents using my GCKey account. I stated my dad as the main applicant, and I was very clear in the explanation letters that I was applying on behalf of them as they are seniors that can't handle technology very well. My parents and I signed the family representative form. Visas were approved.

I have the same question. Can you explain that your answer "Yes" means that I have to open a new account for my mom, or I can use my cic account but fill the representative form as well? Thank you!
