I'm claiming points for foreign experience in CEC draw.

Is annual salary mandatory to be mentioned in the letter? My employer back in home country is tough to reach out and after a month of following up I finally got the letter with all the required details EXCEPT the annual salary. Is it compulsory to be in that letter or can I submit payslips to prove I was paid during the tenure? I have 3.5 years experience and I have payslips in hand for the latest 2 years.
I've reached out to the employer to add the annual salary in the letter but again no response and I don't think they will give in time to submit my application.

It's not a strict requirement. although it's required to be mentioned that the job was paid, maybe hour rate, weekly, monthly.
Ah. Unfortunately I don't see that in my letter. Just I was employed as Engineer between so and so dates and worked minimum 37.5 hours per week. I'll wait until application deadline to see if they amend the letter then. If not, I hope 2 years worth of paystubs can compensate it. The designation, company name, address, employee name and ID# are thankfully are the same in Paystubs too.

It's not a total deal breaker, it may work.
