March 2023 or late week of Feb 2023 applicants, any update??

February 26, 2023 applicant, nothing so far.

Processing time is 28 months as of July 2nd outside Quebec. Already finished 28 months . February 2023 applicant. Atleast we can call IRCC now and they dont have to repeat the same answer that “you’re still under processing time”. Nothing received after eligibility and Pre-arrival.

It depends on their wishes. If they want to send it, they can send it within a week
