I have a provincial nomination on the basis of a confirmed job offer and my PR application is in process since Apr 2024. I had applied from outside Canada and have already gone through the stages of ADR providing detailed job history and schedule A. Now, my present job contract is completing and I am about to join the next job. Kindly tell me if this job change (in my home country) will affect my PR application and whether I should inform IRCC about that or not.

It's doesn't matter however if they requested any form like background decoration form , you should mention in that otherwise no need to inform.
@Miss bee i need your advice as soon as possible. I am currently my back home country since 6 months and i have not updated my address. Doing so would it make my PR file inland to outland? Also what if ircc ask me ADR like paystubs ,bank statements and emplpyment letter as they are mostly asking to everyone before finalizing what should i give them because i am not working and my status has been expired. Am out of status as its in my gcms notes too. An explanation letter would work if i get those Adr too?
1.Will updating your address switch your PR file from Inland to Outland

I have added my spouse on 14th Feb 2025. after that I received my PAL and background check is completed on 3rd April 2025. I have been waiting for any update since then. I have noticed multiple ghost update on my tracker , however tracker has stopped showing updates now. I called IRCC and tracker is not showing inquiry update. Any idea how long generally it takes for spouse to be added to file ?

To add your spouse to your application, it can take multiple weeks or months. There is no certain timeline for that . It can take 1-6 months sometimes too . Make sure you provide PCC and medical for your spouse as they will be asking that soon .
