How is visa office related here (assuming you are referring to visa office that processed your application) ? you send your passport for stamping to IRCC via VFS. so You--> VFS --> IRCC --> VFS --> You.

After dispatch I got on the third day at my residence.

Congrats bro. I had the same timeline for passport submission for spousal PR. Reached IRCC Delhi on 3rd June but haven't got any counterfoil update in GCKey or dispatch mail. Which city do you live in ? and what is counterfoil update by the way ?

On GCKey account, you should be able to see CoPR details

I;m seeing the COPR details on application tracker portal since the time I received PPR but nothing on GCKey account

You will see it as "Counterfoil" details on gckey once passport is stamped
