After over 3 months of no update since March 18, I just got a ghost update today (Sat, Jun 28).
LPP still in progress, but what's weird is that all the items in the Activity history are now marked with the “New update” badge. Weird!
Last time I got a ghost update on a Saturday, my application received real updates on the following Tuesday (got background verification completed and Citizenship test changed to “In progress”), so I'm hoping I will get a real update this following week.

Yeah, you should get something tangible next week as ghost updates usually indicate work done on file.

UPDATE: They required us to provide them with coloured copies of all previous passports by mail.
It seems they have a hard time figuring out the 1096 days! I should have applied a few days later rather than on the 1096th day, so the buffer would have helped in not being stuck in verification of days present in Canada. I am pretty sure the calculation is correct about the physical presence though, but it is IRCC and they gotta do what they gotta do!
Based on GCMS notes, I have only physical presence to complete and as my BG and security have already been completed, the officer just needs to verify prohibition to "completed" and they won't do so until they are sure about physical presence.

Mine is still showing in the tracker (as of June 5), and I haven't received any other updates. The last time someone opened my profile was on June 10, just after I submitted the web form. I think that they just put me at the bottom of the pile because lots of ceremonies have taken place in Ottawa since then. At this point, I can only keep waiting and pray that it won't take much longer because I have a travel book for October, and it will break my heart if I need to postpone or come back early for a ceremony.
Hey I am in a similar boat. I applied with 1096 days as well. Got my Language completed on June 7, but Physical Presence and Prohibitions pending since then. They never asked me for any passport scans or interviews though. I have had 11 trips since becoming PR, but the CBSA entry/exit records matches exactly what I put in the application.
Did your request for passport scans came right after your Language was updated to complete? Did it just come via email?
