Keep this in mind:We are gathering documents and eveything takes so much time, trying to figure out the time it will take to obtain the US police clearance too. Hence we thought we will look into consultation or lawyer to ease the stress! Other than overstaying for yearsssss…all is good. Thank you for the reply
A consultant (or lawyer) will not be of any [real] value in terms of the overstay. The Public Policy works for those that have representation...and those that do this themselves. Many successful applicants had overstayed for MANY years.
Get the application submitted ASAP.
