You may receive a general response that webform was received but if just asking about processing, you will probably get a generic response to say it is in the queue.Your correct. I hope i get a response soon too.
Hi, did you get any response of webform?I sent in a webform this morning. I understand it has not been a month but processing time was 18 days when I applied. I understand it may take longer but there are no updates in tracker as biometrics are still under process but in IRCC portal they were updated on the 2nd of June. Just seeing what their response will be for the webform. Fingers crossed.
None yet, but i have a gut feeling it will be a refusal by morningHi, did you get any response of webform?
Be positive and hope for the best.None yet, but i have a gut feeling it will be a refusal by morning
No updates yetJust wanted to let everyone know I have no update as of right now. No reply yet for my web form either. Let's see what happens. Anyone else have any updates?
What did GCMS notes state for reasons for refusal? How long is planned visit and cash in the bank? Ties to return (job letters, business registration, income property). If you are PR then SV may be best.Re applying after a rejection.
It was refused on Apr15, then took an agent to re apply for my in laws
Have submitted a fresh application on 23rd of June. So, bio will be verified using the previous application.
current Processing time for visitor visa from India - 24 days
Hope it will be done this time.
what do you mean by SV?What did GCMS notes state for reasons for refusal? How long is planned visit and cash in the bank? Ties to return (job letters, business registration, income property). If you are PR then SV may be best.
Supervisa. So if meet LICO, then look into it. Parents have US visa which makes a difference.what do you mean by SV?
Haven’t ordered GCMS, refusal says proof of ties of host and applicants are not clear.
Duration of the stay was 2.5 months
My spouse and I are on PR and have shown salary certificates, well maintained Bank statements but didnt show Stable assets in india such as immovable property, tax returns etc.
Other reason was proof of funds. I have shown about 20K CAD and 10L INR for both applicants. not sure if this isnt sufficient.
Funny enough, It got approved for my parents last year with the same details, duration, Funds etc. Main difference was they had US visa and my in laws doesn’t
Yeah, our Initial goal was super visa. Considering timelines, we ruled out super visa.Supervisa. So if meet LICO, then look into it. Parents have US visa which makes a difference.
2.5 month visit doesn't show strong ties to return so hopefully reapplied stating 2-3 week visit. Also this matches more with funds. Again it is their personal funds and cash in the bank, not your funds.
Hopefully they will be approved the second time.
