You don't need birth certificate to apply for Non express entry. You only need it for Express entry application. However if you can't fix it , make an affidavit and submit it with all other correct documents.

I would strongly recommend you to fix first birth certificate problem. IRCC accept follow for BC, EVEN IN CASE OF PNP NON EE.
  • If your birth certificate is in native language then it has to be translated with authorized translator
  • In above case you need to submit both original and translated one.
  • Birth certificate is mandatory for all members primary and dependents as well
  • If you don't have birth certificates then affidavit would work too with supporting documents.
if in case you failed to provide BC or any of the above condition 100% it will not fulfill Regulation-12 OF IRPA and your application will be returned. FIX THIS if you have any issues regarding BC.

for name discrepancy prepare a template (affidavit) and write that name mentioned in birth certificate and in your passport and academic documents (give with reference) denotes the same person with 'correct name' which is mentioned in the passport. Something like that you need to prepare and get that notarized with lawyer and this will work.

Hi, I also re-did my Non EE BCPNP. I missed my original birth certificate to submit. So they returned all my documets and I had to go through again. I applied for BCPNP nomination extention and then I submitted all my documents in cluding 2 birth certificate which are translated in english and original copy. We need to submit 2 if your native langage is not english.
