I replied to the mail with the attachments with all the information that I had . Attachments were in total of 10 Mb .

Next day again i got the similar mail with slightly different wordings.

"Good morning,
Your application for Canadian Citizenship was reviewed and additional information is required.
We are requesting Entry/Exit record of movement from the USA between 2020-Mar-08 to 2025-Mar-08.
Once received please reply to this email and attach it."


I am not sure what to do now . That is all the information I had and the next mail is not clear .
You may need to request for this from CBSA by raising an ATIP request. Upon receipt from CBSA, you can send to IRCC.

When did you submit and when is your AOR?

CBSA they should already have right but anyways I gave them I94 record , travel logs, ez pass toll records and also CBSA history of the missing dates . So I am not sure if they received it or not. The other mail is almost having the same wordings.
 
I attached the i94 history but it has few entries missing as it is limited to 100 entries. To supplement I attached the CBSA record, Ez pass toll logs and personal log records.
In that case I don't see much you can do but I would respond to the second email (by webform or however they told you to) saying you responded to the message the day before with all the information available.

Yes I have done that and reattached everything again . Also raised a webform for the same . If any one has contact to reach the customer support from outside Canada would appreciate the same thankyou.

You may need to download one of these third-party apps to make the call from outside Canada.
