For those of us still waiting on LPP — has anyone tried calling IRCC or submitting a web form? Just wondering if anyone has received any updates. I’m starting to see people from February getting their LPP done, so it’s a bit discouraging.

If your office is Vancouver, nothing works with them. I have been waiting for LPP since March 28 and have tried calling, sending a message to Vancouver office and webforms. No response or progress at all from Vancouver. It is a waste of time.

Yes Vancouver. I was told all inquiries are routed to the office. My MP’s office informed me that my request was received by the office May 6th. It randomly resulted in a ghost update.

My follow-up message to the Vancouver office triggered a ghost update on May 22, but the LPP stage remains pending. The broader issue appears to be a persistent lack of accountability at the Vancouver office, as they consistently fail to respond, whether to applicants or even MPs. It is not the case with other offices.

Hi Everyone,

I have a question regarding my wife's virtual citizenship oath ceremony, which took place today. I have signed and submitted the Oath Affirmation form, but I’m unsure whether I will receive an email with instructions to download the citizenship certificate through my account, or if I need to create a new portal account for her.

Could you please guide me through the process? We have an upcoming flight on June 3rd, so I need to apply for her passport as soon as possible.

Thank you,
