Yes, Jan 13 applicant here still waiting for LPP. If you must travel at anytime outside Canada you will need your valid PR Card. I'd say do it as no one knows for sure when we will get oath. Worst case scenario, that renewal application will be refused if you get oath before renewal is finalized.Anyone here still waiting for their LPP? I agree with this advice overall but would just note that lately PR card renewals have been going very quickly (at least for those in compliance etc, which all citizenship applicants should/would be) - like most in less than a month.
