I am in the Military Outside Canada. My wife Sponsored me and we applied in May 2024. I pass my Medical Exams on 11 October. But have not heard anything from IRCC.

Does anything change about my Application because I am in the Military

You don't specify which country's military, but you can expect more in-depth security checks and the like, and (depending on what you provided) possibly requests for more details about your military service.

Timeline wouldn’t be unusual even with if not in the military but as already mentioned expect longer processing. Depending on the country (not a Canadian ally) you may have extremely long processing.

Our application we left out my Sponsor previous Marriage and Sponsorship

My sponsor marriage in 2014 and Divorce 2022 and I marriage her in 2024. We left it out of the Application and we were serve with a PFL. We reply the PFL and state the oversight and Attach Divorce Certifcate, Court Order and and Update on marriage certificate showing Divorcee. And other supporting document. We even had a chat of our realization of the ommsion. But still got refused in the refused letter they stated that upon document Presented and also Interview I went they are refusing it. But they didn't send any Interview letter and I didn't go for any interview

I taught if I Appeal I can get ADR hearing because IRCC made a Mistake also on the refusal letter and I have all Supporting Document that the relationship is Genuine.

Wanna know should I Appeal or Reaaply

Leaving out a previous marriage is pretty serious. Did you get a ban for misrepresentation or just a refusal?

I would reapply. You were correctly refused for failing to declare your previous marriage (and were lucky you didn't end up with a ban). Appeals are most appropriate when the refusal was procedurally unfair / incorrect. You were correctly refused.

In my Refusal Letter they stated that base on my Document and my Response during my Interview I had they are refusing me. They further Stated my Response during the interview didn't not Allay with his Concerns so he is refusing me. I didn't go for any interview. I didn't receive any interview Letter or Notice

Ultimately it's your choice.
