Hey My wife is an Indian Citizen but is living in USA from 2019. Her visa expired in 2022 but she is overstaying there. She came to USA on L2 Visa on her Dependant of Father's L1 visa. She completed her Bachelor's over there and right now she is studying Master's which will be completed in May 2025. I have already got my OINP Master's Stream invitation and want to sponsor her PR when I put my file in Canada Federal once I receive my OINP Certificate. Is it safe to put file for both of us together ?
