Hello Friends,

My husband's SOWP visa got rejected thrice and my son's visitors visa got rejected once.
Now, when I approached different consultants in Canada, they suggested me for Federal appeal,
which is time consuming and expensive. Please all, give me suggestions what to do?

which is time consuming and expensive. Please all, give me suggestions what to do?

With three SOWP refusals already I think you're unlikely to get an approval without going through the federal appeal process. What were the refusal reasons given?

These were the reasons last time:
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by
paragraph 200(1)(b) of the IRPR (https://laws.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/
section-200.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will
leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• The compensation (monetary or other) indicated in your job offer and your assets and
financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself (and any
accompanying family member(s), if applicable).
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the
details you have provided in your application.
• Your current employment situation does not show that you are financially established in
your country of residence.
• You have limited employment possibilities in your country of residence.

If you want to go for JR, then hire a lawyer but it will cost a lot of money. Plus if you ”win” the appeal then it just goes back to IRCC for review by another officer and can still be refused.

So Masters/PhD/degree? How much in funds did you show? If not in an eligible program, family is not eligible.
