Hi,

Usually, the PA gets an AIP letter via email and the sponsor gets an SA letter via email. Some PAs and sponsors got physical mail mailed to them ( we didn't). The tracker should show eligibility as "completed"

i can only say for myself
i saw "eligibility completed" in tracker and received pre-arrival letter
but i never received PA eligibility email
