You have to call the IRB and get a form (might be available online). However, it maybe okay to keep it at the Alberta/BC office. IT tends to be faster..

Yes, you can get social assitance like Ontario works. However, you may need to change your lawyer regardless of where the case is based if your current lawyer doesn't accept Ontario legal aid. I recommend the this office 416-924-2227 for a lawyer or choose your own.

today got possitive decetion, tace 1year half, and recoment u guys get good lawyer
Got our hearing this morning and got positive decision on the spot. Was scheduled for 3 hours and ended up being a 40 minutes hearing. Questions were from the BOC and me and my partner were really straightforward and concise in our answers. Be truthful and stick to your BOC.

You have to have no other safe country option. If your spouse can sponsor you to come to Germany that is what you should be pursuing.
