No follow up emails so far.

Yeah. She doesnt need to do a test and I guess finger prints are still valid from the time she did it for immigration visa

What is the difference between ecas and the tracker?

What is the difference between ecas and the tracker?

Ecas when you apply by paper and tracker when online.
We applied by paper and I was able to use ecas.
I just found an email in my inbox that I could sign in in tracker as well.
Tracker is more detailed than ecas.

Whats GU and BG?

GU - Ghost Update, tracker says the application was updated but no change in status

BG - Background verification, one of the steps in your application.

Hi, I have a question about the tracker. There is the section “Details of your application status” underneath that it says: “Find out what your status means” and the “…what your status means“ part is a link. When I click on that it takes me to “Understanding the status of your citizenship application”. I choose becoming citizen and adult and then it shows one of the sections called “next steps”, and it says to check that section regularly, but I don’t see that section in my tracker?
Am I missing something?
