It will be uploaded to your PR Portal account so only you can access it.Just curious If I have a lawyer will the ECOPR come to me or my lawyer?

I have exactly same timeline.Mine is almost the same timeline and still waiting,
CEC inland, no dependants
P1 - 7th October
P2 - 28th October
eCOPR - WAITING
The status in your tracker shows closed the moment they send you your ECOPR, in my case I received COPR on Oct 11 and then they updated the status to closed on Oct 14 and regarding declaration it will remain submitted to IRCC as they don't have to verify anything regarding that hence they never approve it and regarding address and photo, IRCC approves it and then mail the PR Card although in my case only the address was approved and then they sent me the PR Card and more than 2 months later of PR Card delivery my photo is still in review I guess they just forgot to approve it.@Sahilk77 One question bro, my tracker just got updated showing that status is Closed. I thought it only gets to closed when you receive your PR cards. What did it show during your time? In my portal, the declaration is still showing as "Submitted To IRCC", mailing address showing as "Accepted" and Photo as expected "In Review With IRCC". My question is if the declaration will ultimately show as "Accepted" or will it stay as "Submitted" for good? Also, since we didn't receive any other emails from IRCC, can it be assumed that they accepted our photos that we uploaded? Any insight is appreciated, Thanks in advance.
Almost there! Just a little more wait. It'll come soon! Praying for it!I have exactly the same timeline.
