For your mother to visit Canada you just need a very simple invitation letter. Don’t overthink it.

Can you please advise on "length of stay" for purpose of travel when my parents write their letter. As super visa may have the option to stay for long but my parents would max stay only for a month will this raise any red flags. Meaning will IRCC doubt that they should apply for visitor visa instead of super visa

Most time we suggested 2 weeks for regular visit visa.

Yes IRCC can decide to process as a regular TRV for a request for a short visit. Would suggest indicating a 6 month stay on the application. Will still need to show 1 year supervisa policy even if entering for a month.

If my dad might want to stay for 1 month but my mother might stay longer 7-8 months as each have different routine. Can I still apply super visa for both. Because may be my dad will stay less this time and may be more for future and don't want to send 2 different applications.

Yes they can do that if approved.
