that's normal process, copr expiry date in the tracker means they have taken a Final Decision on your PR Profile and ready to confirm your PR Status but the problem is that IRCC officers have lots of COPR's to make so it takes them 1-2 months to make the Document and upload on the Portal, so by looking at your P2 Date I would say that you will receive your ECOPR at the end of January or February.

We get it in mail. Can't download it! The original hard copy has to come from IRCC. As long as you have a valid TRV, you can travel with your BOWP. However, if your eCoPR is issued while you're outside Canada, then all your temporary resident permits/visas become invalidated and you can ONLY enter Canada via land border though USA in a non-commercial private vehicle.
either way i have to inform them before i leave the country, They said its mandatory and they told that they'l put my application on pause and wont issue ecopr till i come back

Yes, that'd be the only option for you should you travel! Anyways. just hoping they issue our eCoPRs soon! Can't even renew our health card unless I have the original BOWP/SOWP in hand. Service Ontario doesn;t even accept the approval letter for the BOWP/SOWP!
