Garbage diversity implied scaling on the flawed principles to fix a problem. The idea was simple, since the systems are already biased towards bringing in garbage immigrants, what good will diversity do to fix: low quality of immigrants, lack of entrepreneurship, exceptional focus on circular economic activities, etc. Hence the term "garbage diversity".

Ironically, these same communities have faced allegations of system manipulation in Canada—such as forging educational documents to gain higher immigration points, creating fake acceptance letters, and exploiting diploma mill colleges. Completely destroyed and abused the student pathway for everyone. Many arrive under student visas with no intention of leaving to the point of contributing to Canada's high asylum-seeking numbers. Additionally, issues like overcrowding housing beyond allowed occupancy levels have created further challenges.

I could give two shits about the country you are from. My point was to show that we all are in the same shit at the end of the day. We immigrants come from countries where fraud, poverty, lack of organization and crime exists. If that weren't the case, we wouldn't be here. Anyone trying to show their region, religion or country is better based on marginally better performance metrics is an idiot.

If you go barking about ethnicity, know that there are people smart enough to make you feel shit about yours. BUT it is pointless to do so, it is meaningless to do so, and it helps no one. We can make people feel shit about their skin, ethnicity, religion, region, etc no matter where they are from. Anyone who presents their worldview with that lens is already wrong (as you were!).

You're using irrelevant fact to support your claim. Of course, if you invite 27k candidates in ONE draw, the quality/score will significantly drop even if you added FSW candidates (with no nationality limitation). Is Canada planning to invite a similar number in one shot? No? Then please don't use this event to justify that if a certain group of people are excluded from the draw, the minimum score will plumped to that level - Garbage Diversity.

All of it is highly relevant. That 76 points draw was followed by equallu dudious PNP rounds in which people with very low CRS scores got PNP.

It was further followed by two highly controversial mechanisms namely CEC only rounds and TR2PR. In former, only CEC folks were invited disregarding more qualified FSW folks. And later was absolute bonkers. It invited students to directly convert their Temporary status into permanent. It was so much massively oversubscribed that its processing leaked next year. These students were not even point tested!

The present Study Permit crisis is directly related to TR2PR program which encouraged more and more people to apply for study permits even in bogus study progrms. Because of the lure of PR.

Unless these fundamentals are not fixed no forced diversity will bring the sutability of immigrants toCanadian employment market up.

You're the one who brought up where I might be from. If you don't care about it, perhaps you should remind yourself of that.

As for the rest of your post, this aligns with my point. We are all immigrants trying to move to "better-run" countries. No need to call garbage anyone. I misunderstood your term—which is fairly common on a forum—only for you to respond with unnecessary tantrums.

Hello all, happy holidays. It has been a while since I dropped by. I stopped posting in this thread and overall, in this forum as I started doing more outdoor activities and physical volunteering in charities etc... I stopped any assistance replies/posts, I provided in this forum as I was disillusioned with what I was reading in the news on how four million students/TFW folks were cheating in Canadian immigration. Earlier when we used to joke mentioning Lambda in this forum when in the real world seems much worse criminals. I personally struggled so much in USA, Malaysia and even Australia before I made it here and got my PR also. The PR still feels precious, I never tried to cheat and took failures as learnings to improve my profile or documents. I used to think majority of the Canadian immigrants (95+%) were like me I was proved wrong when I learn of this vast spread fraud.

At least in 2025 I hope my wish of Canada getting rid of JT will become true. Goof luck to all future FSW candidates, I am sure we will all get there when we dream.

Your PCC from belgium is likely valid, your question should be do I need PCC from India as well? The answer to that is it depends. On your nationality, on your residence history and what you are trying to do (I guess it is some kind of PR application to Canada?).

If you submit your application TODAY or if you submitted after Oct 2024 when you got that PCC, you should be fine. If you are applying in future before March or so, you should be fine again.

Hi everyone. Seeking some guidance and hopefully success stories of approval with cancer.
Asking for a friend. She passed her medicals but unfortunately 2 months later was diagnosed with Hodgkins lymphoma. She has now received her PPR and even COPR number is generated. She is of course going to inform IRCC via webform. Obviously she is very sad that she might have to deal with a possible setback to her dream of coming to Canada on top of dealing with Cancer. Her prognosis is good and her plan was to finish her ongoing treatment (which should be over soon) and then land. Would really appreciate if anyone can share any success stories of approval after having this type of cancer?
