PR confirmation portal timelines

You must have got an email stating you can work for so and so until you get PR right after applying BOWP. i applied in Aug and its says i can work until feb. Why are you thinking of stopping to work?

Sorry! I meant that now that we have P2, it basically means that we're already approved for PR! So, are there any chances for a refusal in BOWP/SOWP before getting our eCoPR issued? I know I can work until the mentioned date in my WP-ext!

I have seen cases where some people got the refusal for their BOWP/SOWP before getting P1 and they had to restore their status to visitor record. Once they restored back to visitor, their application was resumed to processing. But they couldn't work until they had their eCoPR! Just a little stressed!

I hope so too! Current work permit inital/extension inside Canada shows 169 days. Hoping they issue our eCoPR soon enough! Fingers Crossed!

Seems like they have increased the wait times for ECOPR, back in Oct I received it in 3 weeks but now 4-6 weeks seem normal waiting time.
