I am married to an Canadian citizen for two years. She visited me three times in Bangladesh in last 3 years. She lives in a small town in Alberta. There are not much job there and unfortunately she can't move also. We have been stuck for so long.
Please help us giving good advices and options

So you don’t have to mention her colour…not even relevant. What does that have to do with sponsorship? If married for 2 years why hasn’t she sponsored you? Job doesn’t stop her from applying. Being on welfare does. She needs to support you for 3 years so she needs to outline how to do that.

How does she support herself? How did you meet and how much time have you spent in person? Did you get married during the first visit? Are there other red flags such as differences in religion, age, education level, etc.?

As long as she is not on social assistance / welfare, she can sponsor you.
