P2 --- Oct 9. Tomorrow will make it exactly one month still waiting for eCOPR. I thought this takes only two weeks usually?

I got mine after 55 days and some people got theirs in less than 2 weeks. Who can understand the ways of IRCC?

Unbelievable! The ECOPR timelines are such a mess. Lots of people with p2 late september and early october still don't have their ECOPRs and some with p2 mid and late October already had it.
My case:
Stream: Non-EE International Student Stream Inland
P1: Sep 18
P2: Oct 7
Ecopr: waiting
VO: Montreal
