Hi,

I am in the process of applying Super Visa for my parents. They already have a visitor visa but haven't visited yet.
  1. Is proving ties to home country really necessary? I see everybody talking about it in youtube videos and blogs but I don't see it being asked ever. And I believe this is how IRC makes their decision (Below links for reference)

  2. If at all it is required, what docs can I submit? Is pension certificate a good enough proof? They don't own any property and are renting.
Thanks

rent / lease documents, pension papers, other family members, friends, social or work related responsibilities, siblings or other children in home country
you could include all these factors to show their ties to home country

so you mean it's required and I can not submit the application without documents showing ties to home country? What about the links above? They don't say anything about the ties

If you don't submit them, they might get the refusal letter that they don't have ties to their home country.

It remains a visitor visa so need to prove they have ties and will return home.
