Is a fit to fly certificate required for a 3 month old for visitor visa

We have applied for the visitor visa - I want to know if the list of documents required include a fit to fly certificate from our pediatrician
You are coming as visitors so why do you need a fit to fly certificate which is for disabilities/oxygen etc?
we as a family are all going to canada to visit my brother - rest of the family have a visa - we r waiting for the visa of my new born 3 month old child- and the visa is getting a little delayed so i wanted to ask if a fit to fly certificate is required
If child is healthy then don’t know why you would need it. Ask your airline as it is not an immigration issue but whether your infant needs special care of a flight like oxygen tank, for example.
What do you mean not stamped? Did you not send in your passport for stamping? And who is we?
The visa is approved - the next process is to submit it to vfs gloval - but our travel is within 10 days before which the stamping process might not get finished - that’s why I wanted to ask that as the visa has been approved can we proceed without stamping
You cannot board a flight (or will be allowed to board) until passport is stamped.
This is the reason IRCC tells people not to book flights until they have their stamped TRV.
