What you mean nomination ends ? Unfortunately employer portal is managed by different department and by calling them it won’t help . You have to send email. They usually respond pretty fast .

You can include expired nomination certificate. Most important part is submit job offer and attach WPSL .

I got nomination from oinp with wp support letter (which is restricted to my employer) and my nomination expires in sept 9. but I already filed pr on may and pgwp expires in oct. I thought we have to file lima exempt wp before nomination expiry. my employer also send them a email but no response yet.

But you have applied for PR already, right? If that's the case then just include the AOR. Samething happened to me and I also attached the AOR letter

"If the nomination is expired, the foreign national must include a copy of the acknowledgement of receipt letter with their work permit application confirming that IRCC has received the PNP permanent residence application before the nomination expired."

My wp has restriction. and I thought we have to file lmia exempt wp before nomination expires.

I haven't received AOR yet, I applied PR on may 22 most probably I get AOR in 2 weeks fingers crossed. my only worry is my nomination expires on SEPT 9 on Monday

Don’t worry about nomination expiry if you already submitted application for PR .

Just one more thing in my wp support letter there's a note:-this letter must be used in support of wp application within 6 months to remain valid

If there is note in WPSL that it must be less than 6 months to use it , you should go ahead and request new one .

I was nominated under the International Student Stream and have submitted my non-Express Entry profile. I’ve already uploaded the confirmation of nomination letter, but I’m unsure if the IMM019e form is also required for non-Express Entry applications, as it wasn’t listed in the checklist. There is no accurate answer regarding this . I believe if you have restrictions on nomination, you can’t apply for this .

Me and my wife are applying for PR application NON EE after getting PNP under Alberta rural renewal But My wife doesn't has her Birth certificate and we are not able to get non availibility certificate right now. Could anyone please suggest me if there are any alternatives??

Hello all!

Got a newbie question,submitted non EE April 25th 2024 after nomination in OINP:FSW.
Provided biometrics on 21st August 2024.

I actually have no idea of next steps, timeline etc.. have searched high and low, asked my immigration lawyers who just pointed me to the canada.ca website that shows 11 months..

What can I expect for:
a) next step in process
b) date I get PR if everything is valid

Anyone got a link to timelines others have went through?

Been in Canada for over 3 years now on closed WP, trying to decide if I just go back to the UK, the USA or wait it out...
