I am from Sudan, born and raised in Saudi Arabia.
Now we came back to Saudi Arabia after the war happened in our country and we are suffering alot to start a new path me and my brother although both of us are an engineering bachelor degree graduates with my mother.

So your mother met a Canadian? He or she is willing to sponsor your mother with your brother and you (under family class immigration)?

You would each need to qualify for separate immigration programs. Two adult men and their mother are not considered a family for immigration purposes by Canada. This is not a family sponsorship issue you should be researching express entry.
