No one can help you. You apply for a visitor visa. You look for work in Canada and then find an employer willing to pay and go through the LMIA process proving no Canadian/PR has your skills and education. Then you apply for a closed work permit. Come with lots of money because you may never get a LMIA or may wait over a year.
