Please I need help understand this. I’m a US and living with my husband in Ontario. My husband sponsored me for PR and we received and email that the application is in process. So one month later I have applied for a work permit at the border but the officer refused my work permit. He told me I have to pay an employer compliance fee. I don’t why this decision since I have been sponsored
