I got the confirmation email on the 21st of May and I entered my details on the Pr portal, I have been waiting for my Ecopr for almost 3 months. I called Ircc they said it’s in the landing process. Today I got the same confirmation email I got on the 21st of May, it like starting from the beginning after 3 months.

Did you try to email the PR portal that invited you and ask for any update in your ecopr?maybe try that.
