I am in the same boat.. I have applied at the end of march and still no update. Sent 5 webforms and I haven't sent anymore because it doesn't seem worth it to send any as they just reply saying the same thing again and again that the your file is under process.

I really don't know what to do. The consultant I applied with them they didn't attend the call

it's just a waiting game now or you can go ahead and raise webforms

I file my sds visa on May 16th and get medical updated on 29th May but still I didn't get any updates. My university mailed me to submit introduction form from ircc .I raised 4 webforms but I didn't get any response. What can I do.
Is there any other options to contact ircc
