Did you submit any application before your work permit expired? Did you submit a visitor record application for example?

If I apply for parent's super visa and in the meantime I also file for spousal sponsorship. Does it have a negative impact or both application will be treated as separate application?

Hello friends,

I need some quick help.

I sponsored my wife on May 28th. On June 19th, I, the sponsor, received an email from IRCC confirming that the application was received, which included a UCI and application number. However, I can't use the status tracker portal. It gives me an error saying the details don't match or that there is no application with these details, even though I'm sure the details are correct.

Could you please let me know what needs to be done? Should I wait until the applicant receives her application number and UCI number before checking the status?

After applying, do we need to let IRCC know of any trips we take? For example, going for 2-3 weeks from European Country A to European Country B? What about European Country to Austrailia/Asia etc?

If it is not required we would like to avoid bothering IRCC and shove more documentation/information for them to review

When I apply new OWP with AOR, is it possible to apply restore my status at the same time?

You need AOR to apply for the OWP.

You cannot apply for OWP if you are out of status.
Hopefully your status are restored when you get AOR. Then you can apply for OWP.

then I can't apply restore my status when I apply OWP??
I had work permit.. and just expired.. (yesterday)
What should I do??
Do I have to apply extension work permit under sponsorship with restore ??
Or do I have to apply visitor visa with restore my status?

I am also in similar situation, I am about to apply for visa for my spouse and my spose didn't have any Birth Certificate. Did your visa processed successfully with the other supporting documents?

Mon époux a déposé une demande de parrinage à l'étranger hors du Québec le 29/05/23
Demande acceptée le 30/08
Bio et visite médicale complète le mois d'aout 21/08
Parrain admissible
Admissibilité en temp que demandeur RP est complète le 18/11/23
Mais la vérification d antecedent est toujours en cours
Tout ça est dans l'outil de suivi
Le 11/06/24 ghost updates rien qui change ni message ni mail
Parcontre c’est sur clégc c est marque admissibilités en cours pareil pour verification aussi
avec vm et bio ok
Dans document supp : 20/11 nous verfions les documents
supplémentaires
S vp si vous pouvez m informe ou m aide plus sur ce
Note : je dépose un rvt le
4/06/24 en cours de traitement jusqu'à ce jour presque 30j pas de nouvelle aussi sachant que selon la loi de 23 mai j ai le droit a RVT avec un traitement accéléré de 30 j max

All timeline/estimate times can be googled. It's in IRCC's website. Do take note it's not the same for everybody.

je comprends totalement votre inquiétude. Mon ami avait du attendre 4 mois pour que la vérification puisse fini. Tout ce que je peux dire c'est de garder espoir tout vas se finir bientôt.
