What if PCC validity expires after a candidate submits application for PR and waiting for AOR? Does the PCC should be valid till we receive AOR or till COPR or is it recommended to apply again for PCC and get it ready, if asked for?

Your PCC should be valid at time you submit your application. If it expires after AOR , they might request new one but totally depends on visa officer processing your application.

@Miss bee @rcincanada2019 My spouse got a job in another province. Her address will change, but mine will remain the same. She is my dependant. Do i have to inform IRCC about this even when i am the primary applicant and my address is the same? I do not have my AOR yet as well

If you are primary applicant , you don’t need to update address if your dependent is moving.

I have applied a closed work permit, with an employer restriction on my Provincial nomination. Will the IRCC send me a work authorization letter as I am currently in Canada?

Just confirming because I haven't received anything other than a submission confirmation from them.

my background check changed back from processing to NA the third time ! , it switched from processing to NA twice in the past couple weeks.


i believe the next step is final decision?

If you already applied for closed work permit application and you had work permit previously, you can continue to work for same employer. Something there is glitch and you won’t receive that letter but it doesn’t matter. You can still keep working for same employer.

Looks like maybe final decision is on the way . At this point I would highly suggest you to call IRCC call centre and see what’s going on. I believe you passed background check but they may give you extra answers.

I have seen the checklist and it says that pdf form not required.

Mine as well, submitted April 19 and no AOR yet.
