Hi .
I am from Algeria
I have special needs and a mobility disability. I use thr crutches and the wheelchair .
Before Corona, I traveled to Europe 6 times, 5 Schengen countries, with a French visas , which I had for 4 times.
In addition to 1 travel to Dubai 2022

anyways
Now I have some Schengen visas refusal .
And also I have Canada refusal as visitor in Dec 2022
Thats a year and a half ago
In this June 2024, i get another refusal this time
b1/b2 usa without reason .Just the usual b214 .
I want to apply again to Canada through LMIA
As a worker in computers and IT , because this is my primary specialty. Since I am disabled, I cannot do physical work. I always work for myself FREELANCE or for a private person.
If there is an official thing i can continue through it . I need an answer .
But I want something guaranteed and official
What can I do ?
if there is a right way . im gonna to Try it .

Thanks

OK trying to see if your message can be seen now. I went in and changed your font colour from white to black.

I can see your message now.

It sounds like you want to secure a work permit to Canada. Is that right?

If so, you will need a job offer from an employer in Canada and that employer will need to obtain an approved LMIA.

You have to be very careful since many job offers / LMIAs are scams. It's very difficult to get a real job offer and approved LMIA. If anyone asks you for money, the job offer is fake and a scam. Also, if anyone says they will cover your flight costs or food or accommodation costs in Canada, then it's fake and a scam.

You should apply for jobs through genuine job sites such as indeed and linkedin and be very careful in making sure the job offer is real. Unfortunately it is extremely difficult to secure a real job offer. There is no easy way to do it and no guaranteed way.

You need to do a job search and find a Canadian employer willing to go through the LMIA process. You must pass a medical by IRCC affiliated doctors. Then with LMIA you apply for a closed work permit proving that you are the only person who can do the job. Get ECA done and line up your experience letters/contracts/paystubs etc. There is no such thing as a ”medical invitation.”

There are no jobs or employers on this forum.

You will need to aply for jobs through job sites such as indeed and linkedin.

I'm not sure what you mean by official medical invitation. If you want to come to Canada for medical treatment, you must demonstrate that you have a large amount of savings so that you can cover all of the costs related to your travel and medical treatment yourself. There is no invitation.

So your Canadian employer has to meet requirements and prove they could not hire anyone in Canada. Then the employer pays $1k and files for a LMIA. The LMIA will have a NOC number which is the job. For example, software engineer NOC is 21231. If that is your NOC, you must meet the requirements outline in the NOC database. Once you have a LMIA then you apply for a closed work permit proving you are the person who can do the job. So you show that your degree(s) meet the requirements so you need your education assessed. You show experience letters or if you were freelance then contracts/receipts/business registration/client letters to prove you can do the job.
